Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 June 2026

Your privacy matters. This policy explains what personal data VirtualCoreX ("we", "I", "us") collects when you use this website or get in touch, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We aim to handle data in line with the GDPR and applicable data-protection law.

1. Who is responsible

VirtualCoreX — Johan Stemmet

2. What data we collect

3. How we use your data

We process your data on the legal bases of consent, the performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before one), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website.

4. Scheduling via Calendly

We use Calendly to let you book a strategy call. When you open the booking widget, Calendly may set cookies and process the data you enter to manage the appointment. Calendly acts as a processor for booking data and a controller for its own service data. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.

5. Fonts and third-party content

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When a font is requested, your IP address is transmitted to Google so the file can be delivered. We use this purely to display the site as intended. See Google's privacy policy.

6. Cookies

The core website does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded services such as the Calendly widget may set their own cookies when you interact with them. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. Data hosting and transfers

Where we build automations for clients, we host on EU- or Singapore-based infrastructure when compliance requires it, and advise on compliant AI providers. Some third-party services used by this website may process data outside your region; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry correspondence is kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email johan.stemmet@gmail.com.

10. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The current version always appears on this page with its last-updated date.
