If you cancel after paying but before work has started, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example, a purchased domain, theme, or plugin licence).
Once work is underway, refunds are assessed against the work completed and time invested at that point. Completed milestones or delivered work are generally non-refundable.
The agreed scope includes a defined number of revision rounds; reasonable adjustments within scope are part of the service. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately.
